MATE Matrimony (Mate Matrimony LLC) is a marriage introduction service and community organization based in Austin, Texas. We host live, in-person events across the United States and Canada, manually verify every member, and support families through the marriage process. Over 25,000 members served across the United States and Canada.

What kind of organization this is

MATE is a marriage introduction service and community organization — not a dating service. Our purpose is marriage only, and every part of the process is built for it. Members join to find a spouse, with their families involved throughout. There are no casual or recreational features of any kind. There is no chat inside our app: contact details are exchanged only after both parties explicitly agree, and conversations then continue directly. Membership is not open signup — every applicant is identity verified and approved by a person on our staff before joining, and members are accountable to their local community and imams.

Live, in-person events

Our core activity is hosting live, in-person marriage events across the United States and Canada. Gatherings are ticketed, hosted, and chaperoned, and families are welcome in the room — parents and guardians attend alongside their children. How membership works

1. Verify who you are. A government ID and liveness check, a background check, then approval by a person on our team. Nobody browses until then.
2. Browse with intention. No swiping. Full profiles built around practice, prayer, family, and timeline for marriage, with your wali on your profile.
3. Connect, then meet. No chat in the app. When you both accept, contact details are shared and you continue directly, with families involved, and meet at our events.

Membership is an annual fee of $250 covering twelve months from the date of registration, which helps cover background checks and operational costs. We only work with singles in North America; no overseas profiles are accepted at this time. A companion mobile app is in development.

We also operate a vetted directory of local wedding service businesses — venues, catering, photography, and planning — across the United States and Canada.
